At Holgate Brewhouse we're sticklers for doing things the old
fashioned way - Unlike many
large brewing companies around the world, in our brewing process we
absolutely DO NOT use any artificial colours, flavours,
preservatives, brewing sugars, hop oils or extracts, malt extracts
and the like. |

We use just
four ingredients - MALT, HOPS, YEAST and pure Macedon Ranges WATER.
This is how we create beers huge in flavour and goodness and why our
beers are outstanding compared to mainstream beer.
Our recipes are carefully developed to capture the satisfying taste
and aroma of a full flavoured real ale or lager and are
true-to-style, with the unique flavours and colours coming from a
selection of the finest hops and malt. |
