the restaurant every night and there were still many sumptuous
choices remaining on the menu. We worked our way through the beers
brewed on site and could not resist taking a couple of dozen home.

Although we differed in terms of which was our favourite (mine was
the Mt Macedon Ale, which I think has the most wonderful, almost
fruity flavour I've ever come across in a beer), we all agreed that
your beer is unique and fantastic. Perhaps the marketing has somehow
avoided me but I can't believe that these beers haven't been more of
a sensational hit. To my pleasure, I was able to get hold of some
today from my local Dan Murphy's Cellars, for the guests we'll be
