At Holgate Brewhouse we pride ourselves in providing a great dining
experience - simple food done well in a stylish yet relaxed
restaurant environment.
Full table service is provided in our
dining rooms while more casual service is on offer in our unreserved
areas – bar, lounge & courtyard.
Our modern Australian menu
is house-cooked in the hotel kitchen by our team of chefs under the
keen eye of Restaurateur Natasha Holgate.
We use only the
best of locally available fresh produce and ingredients: Local
sausages, local venison & Holgate beer of course!
We love
having fun with Beer and Food matching, with all the main meals
having a suggested Holgate beer to compliment or add to your dining
experience. And many of the dishes are cooked with the Holgate beer
- for example our popular beer bread and our Beef and Ale pie.
