Originally brewed in 2009 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Holgate Brewhouse - and a remembrance to the heady days of back-yard brewing! Delving into Paul Holgate's old recipe book, we formulated this Anniversary Ale with roasted Australian macadamia nuts and six different malts to create a rich palate interweaved with an assertive hop character. This beer pairs well with beef dishes, Asiago and Camembert cheeses.
