features near Woodend, home of Holgate Brewhouse, this beer has been
a prime mover with broad appeal. A deep honey colour garnered using
Vienna Malt gives this ale a warm appeal, followed by a delicate
caramel malt flavour and finished with a nice balance of piney/resinous
hops from the US Pacific North West.
Easy on the taste buds but offering great hop character, this beer
matches well with Mediterranean style dishes. |
