Weighing in at 3.5% a/v a MILD is a style of
ale from days of yore, and still popular in Britain today.
Originally a reward for farm workers at harvest time, it was
designed as a “restorative” drink.
In keeping with this
tradition, The Mild One is an easy drinking beer with low bitterness
and alcohol, but with a full-bodied dark malt character. All of this
resulting in a great lunch-time or session ale. Or a nutritious
refresher after a hard day’s work! |
